Carefully pour a small amount of oil into your palm and rub between your hands to warm. Massage into the skin and allow it to absorb. Optionally, use a small bowl to hold oil and make reapplying easier by dipping your fingers. Please note, our massage oils are designed for external use only.

Ginger
