Return Policy:
SUTIL products are registered with the Food and Drug Administration as medical devices, which means they cannot be returned or resold for safety reasons. Therefore, we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee.
While we're confident you'll love your SUTIL product, if you're unsatisfied, please email us at customerservice@sutilusa.com to let us know. We value your feedback and will do our best to reach a mutually satisfying agreement.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at customerservice@sutilusa.com with a detailed description of the issue and photos. You may also need to provide proof of purchase to verify that the product was bought directly from SUTIL or a certified reseller.
Please do not dispose of the product before contacting us, as quality control may request that it be safely returned for investigation.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (if applicable), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
